A terrific way to increase focus, productivity, and strategic thinking is to create a weekly SWOT Analysis brainstorming your upcoming weekly plan. Each Sunday night create a weekly SWOT Analysis titled for example "Week - Nov 14" and try to predict your upcoming week. For Strengths list out the key accomplishments you plan to achieve. For Weaknesses brainstorm what's missing from your strengths - essentially what are the weaknesses with your weekly plan. For Opportunities brainstorm bigger picture and creative ideas that would take your week to the next level. For Threats think about all the blockers, obstacles, or possible regrets that could occur in the week ahead that you may need to overcome.
